This presentation will outline an approach for managing email as well as discuss considerations for managing instant messages. The presentation will also touch upon voice messaging and messaging associated with mobile devices. 10:20-11:45 Social Networking, Twittering, and Blogging Today's world is both real and virtual, with employees and organizations reaching out to customers and constituents in new and cutting edge ways with social networking tools and new forms of electronic communication. This session will present an overview of many of the social networking websites, as well as online tools being used for customer and constituent communications.
