Announcement The Digital Conversion Process [www.insidetherecordsroom.com] We'll be presenting a two part interview on tonight's show.  For the first half hour, we'll be conducting an interview with Nancy Kunde.  She was part of a team that assisted in created the book, the Digital Records Conversion Process: Program Planning, Requirement, Procedures for ARMA.   We'll be discussing how the book was created and the finer points made within the book that would be important for the listeners to know.   In the second half hour, we'll have Bernie Lasoski From Conversion Technologies International, Inc. to discuss the practical applications that are discussed in the book. So tonight, we'll go from Theory to Application in the business environment.
